We focus on the provision of advice to individuals, companies and institutions undergoing transformation processes. In providing our services, we aim to address the challenges that arise at such moments at a business, tax and legal level.

I smile quietly to myself when asked why I don’t make use of my experiences by working in the tourism industry. Why should I? I use these skills at Transforma daily: preliminary planning, foresightful action, flexible response to unforeseen challenges and work in a team in continuous, trusting manner. This drives and motivates me – every day.
Together with our customers, we develop tailored, pragmatic and inventive solutions. The latest specialist knowledge, long-standing experience and a national and international network form the basis on which we perform this work. To ensure that the solutions are built on solid foundations and are viable as regards their key dimensions, we apply a holistic advisory approach: Our way of working integrates business, tax and legal expertise that is appropriate for the situation at hand.
Based on our long-term experience of handling transformation situations, we know that really good solutions have to incorporate several perspectives. In our approach, we thus always revert to an interdisciplinary way of thinking and combine the requisite specialist knowledge across all areas. As a rule, we therefore develop our projects in a team setting.
Our advice is invariably personal, direct and tailored to your needs. We believe in best practices and tried-and-tested methods, but not in standard solutions. Understanding the specific situation of our clients forms the basis for the provision of successful consulting services. We work on-site together with the customer on tackling challenges. This allows for the relevant context to be taken into account when searching for an appropriate solution and for key players to be incorporated within the process. It also allows us to ensure that the possible alternatives can be implemented on an operationally viable basis.
Our work focusses on creating added value for our clients. In our approach, we are committed to providing quality services. Quality of service includes being mindful of confidentiality and providing transparency for our clients.
We are personally familiar with the international context. Thanks to our origin, multi-lingual capabilities and experience, we know that it is essential to take account of cultural differences. We take a respectful approach to this subject, with the conviction that diversity is an opportunity.
