• Studied law at the Universities of Berne and Bologna, graduating lic. iur. in 1998 • Followed by studies at the Swiss Tax Academy, qualifying as a Certified Tax Expert in 200.

Professional experience:

• 1998 – 1999: Assistant to a Bern-based notary and two management consultants • 1999 – 2002: Employed by one of the ‘Big Four’ consultancy firms in Corporate Tax and M&A • 2002 – 2003: Employed by a fiduciary company advising businesses and entrepreneurs • 2003 – 2011: Assistant Director in the Wealth Planning Division of a major Swiss bank Responsible for settlement of companies and private individuals from around the world in Switzerland and Swiss tax issues • Partner at Transforma Ltd. since May 2011
