In-depth expertise in management, business organisation, strategy development and project management in the chemical, logistics and machinery industries
Core areas of expertise:

Financial reporting (including BI solutions), financial and operational accounting, drawing up forecasts/scenarios, calculation of manufacturing costs, financial analysis, internal control systems, preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS/the German Commercial Code (HGB)/the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), consolidation, forecasting and budgeting, target costing, drawing up business plans, etc.
